President Donald Trump was in a jolly mood, cracking political jokes with children calling the NORAD Santa tracker hotline on Christmas Eve, jokingly asking a child if they wanted "clean, beautiful coal," and promising another child he would not allow a "bad Santa" to infiltrate America's now-closed borders.
