ICE Surges Still Possible Elsewhere as Minnesota Drawdown Begins: Homan

White House border czar Homan is leaving open the possibility of ICE deployments in other sanctuary cities even as the Trump administration winds down its massive enforcement surge in Minnesota, telling "Face the Nation" that whether agents are sent elsewhere “depends on the situation.” He added "we need to flood the zone in sanctuary cities with additional agents” if local conditions warrant it.
