Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam is experiencing a heavy dose of karma in regard to the racist yearbook photo he is accused of appearing in 35 years ago, Bill O'Reilly told Newsmax TV.
During his regular Monday night appearance on "The Wayne Allyn Root Show," O'Reilly said the blackface scandal that has enveloped the state capital in Richmond is a form of payback.
