Bernie Kerik to Newsmax TV: Dems 'Weaponizing' FBI by Asking for Kavanaugh Probe

(Newsmax TV's "Newsmax Now")

By    |   Monday, 24 September 2018 07:04 PM EDT

Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik wrote off Democratic efforts to force Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh to withdraw his name from consideration as "a delay tactic" and a dirty political trick.

Kerik — the author of a new thriller "The Grave Above the Grave," about a horrific terrorist plot to launch another 9/11 — was on Newsmax TV on Monday night and told "Newsmax Now" host John Bachman the motive on the left is clear when it comes to the two allegations of sexual misconduct leveled at Kavanaugh. Both accusations are more than three decades old.
