A willing court is the only obstacle there is to having Roe v. Wade being given another look, because there is no Constitutional right enshrined in the ruling that legalized abortion, Father Frank Pavone told Newsmax TV on Wednesday.
Pavone, who is national director of Priests For Life, told Wednesday's "America Talks Live" that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh would be open to the idea of taking another look at the ruling, because the judge does not believe in "invented rights" in the Constitution or making rulings to pursue social change or judicial activism.
