The votes should be in from all states early on election day next Tuesday, but that doesn't mean there won't be bumps in the road later on attempting to count those votes, legal analyst Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax TV.
“I think once we know Florida, Pennsylvania, I think we'll have a pretty good sense of where it’s going. That doesn’t mean there won't be challenges,” Dershowitz told Monday’s “Greg Kelly Reports.”
