Exposure to a low initial dose of the coronavirus, rather than a large one, can give your body time to fight off the disease and greatly improve your odds of survival, researchers now believe.
"Keeping the exposure dose to a minimum means that [the] virus has to divide many more times before getting to high levels," Peter Kolchinsky, a virologist and biotech scientist, says on Twitter.
