If the next U.S. president feels empowered to tell people what to do with their lives --- billionaire former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg is a good example -- brace yourself for a brave new world.

Take vaping for example. It was invented over a decade ago when inventors put nicotine in water vapor, creating a product that allowed adults who couldn’t stop smoking to quit cold turkey -- and without those annoying nicotine patches.
