The presidency is at risk of a constitutional crisis, but it is not the one the media would report on, according to Bill O'Reilly.
"It's really disturbing, the depth of the deterioration of our constitutional rights in America," O'Reilly told "The Wayne Allyn Root Show" during his Tuesday Talking Points Memo.
