It is unlikely a crime involving then-candidate Donald Trump occurred when hush money payments were made on his behalf and special counsel Robert Mueller is "stretching the law" to target Trump, attorney Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax TV.
During an appearance on Monday's "America Talks Live," Dershowitz discussed last week's revelations contained in court filings for former Trump attorney Michael Cohen and former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort. Cohen is accused of making payments during the 2016 campaign to silence women who said they had affairs with Trump years prior.
