Mike Bloomberg will prove no match for President Donald Trump when it comes to measuring their achievements against each other, should the former three-term New York City mayor win the Democrats' nomination for the presidency, his predecessor, Rudy Giuliani told Newsmax TV on Tuesday.
"When they compare the two records, Mayor Bloomberg was an average mayor," Giuliani told "Newsmax Now." "President Trump was a transitional president, but as of right now, his first 3½ years match up with almost any president in history."
