And a new scandal in Delray Beach, Florida, where a water tank had not been cleaned in 30 years, has raised troubling questions about the safety of our water nationally.
What's more, an expert report found that nearly 40% of the U.S. population received their water from systems that violated the Safe Drinking Water Act.
