Rumors the ostensible lead journalist of the #MeToo movement, Ronan Farrow, is Frank Sinatra's son were discussed with Woody Allen in an interview with New York magazine Sunday.
"In my opinion, he's my child," Allen told Daphne Merkin. "I think he is, but I wouldn't bet my life on it. I paid for child support for him for his whole childhood, and I don't think that's very fair if he's not mine."
Allen and Ronan's mother, Mia Farrow, were in a relationship when Ronan was born, but it has been rumored Ronan was the child of Sinatra, who Mia had been married to in the 1960s at the age of 21, when he was 50. They divorced when she was 23, but they allegedly had an affair around the right time and some suggest Ronan resembles Sinatra.
"Also, she represented herself as a faithful person, and she certainly wasn't," Allen added to Merkin. "Whether she actually became pregnant in an affair she had . . ."
Amid the #MeToo movement led by Ronan Farrow, Allen has reportedly faced sexual abuse allegations by adoptive daughter Dylan Farrow.
