Fox News host Bill O'Reilly is defending U.S. Christians against what he sees as persecution inside their own country,
Mediate reported.
Speaking with John Stossel, O'Reilly stepped up to respond when Stossel argued that "Christians aren't being killed in America."
Said O'Reilly in defense: "No, not yet. They're verbally being killed."
Stossel has been outspoken in what he has described as O'Reilly's war on Christianity claims, calling him "just a 10-foot-tall crybaby,"
Salon noted.
"So what? What's diminished" an exasperated Stossel responded."You are the majority. You've won."
But O'Reilly launched his own spirited defense.
"It's not a matter of winning. It's a matter of respect."
The back and forth between the Fox hosts came,
noted Raw Story, as O'Reilly argued that newly announced Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has an advantage on the campaign trail as he asserted it was "open season" on white men and Christians.
