John Kerry Should Focus on Terror, Not Israel

By    |   Monday, 21 July 2014 08:49 AM EDT

US Secretary of State John Kerry was captured on tape today saying to an aide over the phone prior to an interview with Fox News Sunday that the Israeli ground invasion was using excessive force, saying "It’s a hell of a pinpoint operation, it’s a hell of a pinpoint operation.” He continued, "We’ve got to get over there. Thank you John. I think John, we ought to go tonight. I think it’s crazy to be sitting around."

With hundreds having been shot down over the Ukraine, hundreds of thousands dead in Syria, Israel protecting itself from terrorists is apparently John Kerry’s biggest problem.

During the interview, Kerry urged on Hamas to accept a cease-fire. "It is important for Hamas to now step up and be reasonable and understand that (if) you accept the cease-fire, you save lives."

AN organization devoted to killing people is not interested in lives — they are interested in killing people.

Where was John Kerry’s urgency when Hamas was shooting rockets at Israeli citizens?

In fact, in November 2013, Kerry encouraged Arab violence against Israel when he asked, “I mean, does Israel want a third intifada?” In November 2013, the man said that Israel’s “isolation” would be its own fault if a peace deal with the Palestinians falls through.

Kerry further warned the Israelis that “the alternative to getting back to the talks is the potential of chaos.” Well, now Israel has been forced to fight for its safety.

John Kerry seems more concerned with containing Israel than with fighting terrorists all over the world. Hamas is an organization that is anti-America and anti-Israel — that is illegal in the United States, Canada, the European Union and many other nations.

Hamas considers America an enemy, and Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh condemned America’s killing of Osama bin Laden, noting that “Osama bin Laden was a Muslim freedom fighter.”

Israel faces enemies who seek to destroy the country. Israel is not the problem in the Middle East.
