Donald Trump has had fewer nominees confirmed at this point in his presidency than any president since at least Ronald Reagan, an independent study shows.
As of March 8, just 357 Trump appointees had been confirmed. The next lowest number of confirmations on record 14 months into a presidency was President George H. W. Bush, at 464.
