Will he or won’t he? Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, says he’ll decide whether to run again next year for the Republican presidential nomination "within a month,"
The Hill reports.

During an appearance on ABC's "The View" today, he kept his cards close to the vest as to whether he’ll take the plunge. "There's temptation to do it, but I'll announce within a month," he said. Paul has taken several steps toward launching a campaign.
He recently acknowledged that he is "getting awfully close" to filing the legal paperwork for a campaign. He also opened a “testing the waters” account permitting him to raise money for a campaign. If Paul doesn’t run, his son, freshman Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has said he might do so.
