That’s because last month the NLRB accused Boeing of retaliating against unionized workers in Washington state by building a production plant for its new Dreamliner plane in the right-to-work state of South Carolina.
The NLRB’s complaint is “unprecedented,” Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said.
“These are regulatory decisions that affect specific businesses. This complaint affects the fundamentals of how you make a business decision," Graham continued.
"This affects the ability to allocate capital, make business decisions based on merit. It affects the heart and soul of capitalism.”
