Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay warns Sinclair Broadcast Group's proposed acquisition of Tribune Media would result in a "mega conglomerate" that would compromise free-market competition — and the nation's political dialogue.
"Normally I'd be supporting the free market in competition," DeLay conceded to Newsmax TV's "Newsmax Now."
