Senior adviser to President Donald Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign Katrina Pierson questioned women’s groups’ warning to news media representatives about their coverage of presumptive Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris, saying if she is the “strong” women described she should be able to defend herself.
“The media was put on notice. Hollywood has been put on notice to protect Kamala, someone who they think is a strong woman but someone who needs protection and coddling,” Pierson said Thursday on Newsmax TV’s “Spicer & Co.” “I think she should be able to defend her own record without the help of the mainstream media.
