The most interesting thing about President Trump’s decision to forego this year’s White House Correspondents’ Association dinner may be where he chose to spend his time instead -- Wisconsin.

After a come-from-behind GOP victory this month in an under-reported Wisconsin supreme court race, the president and his party have renewed confidence they can carry the Badger State again in 2020.
