Mexico is "completely responsible" for Sunday’s migrant caravan clash at the San Diego border that led U.S. Border Patrol agents to fire tear gas to disperse them, National Border Patrol Council Vice President Joshua Wilson told Newsmax Tuesday.

"They allowed these people to come through their southern border," Wilson, who represents Local 1613 in San Diego, said in an interview.
