Newsmax finance insider Larry Kudlow said Thursday he doesn't see much meaning in the Clinton Foundation's pledge to stop accepting foreign donations if Hillary Clinton wins the presidency.
"I think it's great that they're putting that out. It doesn't mean much to me," Kudlow said on the "Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"What about the rest of the transgressions? What about the whole issue of Clinton cash for favors? It was some American business people that brought in foreigners to get special favors for, I don't know, farm land, uranium, Russia, so I don't know what that means."

The CNBC senior contributor and host of "The Larry Kudlow Show," thinks more needs to be done in the wake of several claims that the foundation sought money from foreign governments for special treatment when Clinton was secretary of state.
"The issue of cash for favors is so widespread the more we learn about it that a little sentence like this to me has no meaning whatsoever," Kudlow said. "By the way, money is fungible. So it could start overseas and it could run through an American businessman or businesswoman and they can get whatever favors they want. I don't even know what that means. I honestly don't even know what that means. It's really a silly defense."
