President Donald Trump praised his second in command Friday, saying Vice President Mike Pence's marriage is rock solid.
"I will tell you one thing, he has one hell of a good marriage going," Trump said during a signing ceremony of executive orders on trade.
USA Today posted a video of the scene, which took place in the Oval Office.
Trump's remark came three days after The Washington Post published a story in which it cited a 2002 report that said Pence never ate a meal alone with a woman other than his wife Karen. He also said he did not attend events where alcohol was being served unless she was with him.
Pence, the former governor of Indiana, married his wife in 1985. It was his first marriage and her second. Trump has been married three times.
