President Obama, mourning Democrats, the sorrowful mainstream newsmedia, and anarchists laid the foundation for the present turmoil in the U.S. moments after Donald J. Trump was declared the president-elect.
Obama and his 2011-2012 open-door of promulgated "prosecutorial discretion" and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) memoranda/executive orders that granted illegal aliens and illegal immigratn youths stay in country free" cards.
On January 29, 2013, President Obama held a press conference, expounding a globalist position that bounded far left of the comparatively moderate Senate immigration reform bill (S-744). Neither the U.S. Senate nor U.S. House Republicans trusted Obama to enforce the law, and neither did a majority of Americans. S-744 failed.
President Obama in early June 2014 described the tsunami of foreign children illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas as an "urgent humanitarian crisis."
Americans collectively asked, "What about are needs?"
Congressional Democrats wanted these illegal border-crossers to be declared "refugees," which they are not. In addition, they want illegal immigratns already in the county declared "refugees."
These illegal immigrants do not meet any of the requirements of Section 101 (a) (42) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). The first requirement is that the refugee applicant must be located outside the United States.
The present day caravan of foreign nationals camped on the southwest border are claiming asylum. Their claims will be adjudicated in the future. If they show up for the hearing.
After Donald J. Trump was elected president, the Clintons, the Democrats, radical left, newsmedia, academia, and naïve entertainment personages were unconsolably in shock at the rejection of a socialist-oriented Democratic party candidate.
The grieving Trump-haters set down a plan of attack, desistence, fabrication, retaliation, and resistance — at any price. Their motto seems to be, "We know best — not "the great unwashed." That is, the everyday working American.
Former President Obama and his appointees joined with the Clintonites, the Sanders socialists, and the newsmedia to resist and oppose all Trump’s actions and efforts whether foreign relations, executive orders, political and judicial appointments, national security, domestic security, or legislative — including the passage of 2017 comprehensive tax legislation.
Trump and the Republican Congress have accomplished corrections, repeals, and passages of executive orders, federal regulations, and legislation — thereby righting the ship of state.
Washington, D.C. (ever farcical), and zany carrying-ons are the pieces of resistance that the Democrats, the newsmedia, and globalists engage in. This includes the newsmedia’s daily fixation with the president's personal life.
In 2015, Hillary Clinton purportedly destroyed 30,000 e-mails and other material after receiving a congressional subpoena to produce them, according to a FBI statement. Clinton muddied the investigative waters stating the destroyed e-mails were her personal ones.
Events before the election of 2016 were a precursor of events that would take place if the unthinkable happened, and the wastrel businessman were to win. Former President Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch conversed for 40 minutes on an airport tarmac in Phoenix, Arizona — supposedly in secret.
For what end?
Ranking FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page besides having a questionable relationship plotted to vanquish a Trump presidency. It appears the then Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe was part of an FBI cabal to resist and damage any efforts by a President Trump that involved the FBI — including national security efforts.
Also, then FBI Director James B. Comey played an on again off again game as to whether Hillary Clinton’s conduct as secretary of state and after was indictable. He also apparently directed FBI agents to immunize Clinton cohorts against any federal prosecution.
Comey sanctioned an informal unsworn unreported conversation with Hillary Clinton in July of 2016. Which present and past FBI agents and Department of Justice lawyers never heard of nor imagined.
Comey usurped the duty of Department of Justice (DOJ) lawyers or U.S. Attorneys to determine whether there was sufficient investigation to present the case to a grand jury or file an information.
Comey decided there was not enough credible evidence for possible prosecution.
Then there are questions about credibility of the wire intercept applications for Carter Page’s communications also known as the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) warrants is one that the present DOJ highest officials are skirting. The wiretap applications were apparently based on the Steele Dossier which appears to a fraudulent document and the FBI and DOJ officials knew this.
This fraud should vitiate any and all cases arising from it.
According to sources, on May 17, 2017, the day after Robert Mueller was interviewed by President Trump for FBI Director, his friend Rod Rosenstein, Deputy Attorney General appointed Mueller special counsel to investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
This raises questions what were the topics covered by the conversation between Mueller and the president? Did this conversation become part of the Mueller effort to get Trump?
