The New York City district attorney has declined to prosecute a man who was alleged to have been the wheelman for two women who vandalized St. Patrick's Cathedral.
Yadir Avila Rosas, 26, of Queens was let go after his Saturday arrest and the two women are still being sought, the New York Post reported.
The two women are alleged to have vandalized the midtown Manhattan cathedral May 30 with spray paint, writing expletives and slogans, per police.
Rosas was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and making graffiti for being the alleged wheelman, but prosecutors have now dropped the case against him for undetermined reasons, according to the report.
