President Donald Trump said "racially insensitive things" that made Penn Jillette uncomfortable, the magician told entertainment website Vulture.

"I don't think he ever said anything in that room like 'African-Americans are inferior' or anything about rape or grabbing women, but of those two hours every other day in a room with him, every 10 minutes was fingernails on chalkboard," Jillette said, referring to his time as a cast member of "The Celebrity Apprentice."

"He would ask one cast member if he'd rather have sex with this woman or that woman."

Jillette's comments follow claims by former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman that Trump used the N-word on several occasions while he was on the show and that tapes existed of those moments. Manigault Newman writes in her new memoir she had heard tapes existed and said she listened to one after the book closed.

Jillette, who was a cast member on "Celebrity Apprentice" for two seasons, also suggested in his interview that tapes of Trump using compromising language do exist.

When asked whether "The Apprentice" creator Mark Burnett held recordings of Trump, Jillette responds: "Yeah, I was in the room."

Interviewer David Marchese responds: "You've heard him say . . ."

Jillette interjects. "Oh, yeah."
