When Elaine Fydrych died on Aug. 13 at age 63, she had one request for those left behind.
When her obituary was published Monday in the
South Jersey Times, it closed with this line: "Elaine requests, 'In lieu of flowers, please do not vote for Hillary Clinton.'"
Fox News.com interviewed Fydrych’s husband, Joseph, who said his wife meant the message to be taken seriously, though she had been a comedy performer and wanted to have fun saying it.
"If you knew Elaine, you’d say, 'Yep that’s Elaine.' It was a fitting end for the woman," Joseph Fydrych said. "It was very appropriate that she go out this way.”
Elaine Fydrych became distrustful of Clinton as she learned more about the Benghazi attack, her husband said.
"The more she found out about Hillary, the more she didn’t like her and thought it would be a complete catastrophe if the U.S. elected her president," he said.
