The Florida pre-teen singing troupe USA Freedom Kids has reportedly dropped its lawsuit against President-election Donald Trump's campaign.

Pop Media Group, which represents the group, voluntarily dismissed its case in Sarasota County Circuit Court on Dec. 13, the Naples Daily News reports.

The group drew national attention after a video went viral of three red-white-and-blue clad singers belting out "Freedom's Call" – which contained a lyric praising the then-GOP candidate as the person who can "make America great" – at a January Trump rally.

In August, however, the group filed a lawsuit charging the Trump campaign failed to follow through with promises of more public performances and exposure – including vendor space to sell merchandise.

The group's manager, Jeff Popick, whose daughter is in the group, told the newspaper Trump is the right guy in the White House.

"The obvious issue aside, I really think he is exactly what this country needs right now," Popick told the Naples Daily News, adding, however, "The political stuff really took a toll on [the girls]."
