That forced plastic look seen everywhere on Capitol Hill may just be that.
Congressional staffers are lining up for free Botox treatment after a

Washington area plastic surgery agreed to extend a “government shutdown” special offer,
The Daily Caller reports.
Dr. Navin Singh made the offer last week when the threat of closure hung over the Hill. He kept it open even after a last-minute agreement averted the closure.
Singh, who is based in Chevy Chase, Md., said he had worked on 15 staffers by Tuesday. “Several more requests from staffers and people of Capitol Hill pending,” he told the Daily Caller. He said the offer — worth around $400 — would be free for the first 50 who make an appointment.
And it is unlikely just to be for female staffers. Singh says around 30 percent of his Botox business is with men.
