ACLU Sues Wisconsin Governor in Bid for Gay Marriage

The American Civil Liberties Union on Monday sued Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker on behalf of four same-sex couples seeking to marry in the state or to have their out-of-state marriages recognized under state law.

The complaint was filed in federal court in Madison.
