A Michigan family now includes 14 boys — and no girls are allowed (except for Mom, of course).
Grand Rapids-area couple Jay and Kateri Schwandt welcomed the 14th boy to their brood Wednesday, five days before his expected birth date, weighing in at 8 pounds, 14 ounces, according to the Grand Rapids Press.
As with the births of their last few children, the couple opted out of discovering the baby’s sex before the delivery day. His name has yet to be announced.
Fourteen children is nothing new for Kateri Schwandt — she’s one of 14 children herself — but not 14 boys, obviously.
Prior to the delivery of the newest entry into the family, the boys' ages ranged from 2 all the way up to 25.
Someone on Twitter had a one-word response to the news.
Another thought there may be an ulterior motive for this.
