Famed constitutional jurist Alan Dershowitz warns that any attempt by special prosecutor Robert Mueller to pursue an obstruction of justice case against President Donald Trump would trigger a constitutional crisis and "very likely" would force the Supreme Court to intervene.

Impeaching Trump for obstruction, absent evidence of another actual crime, Dershowitz says, would immediately push the U.S. government to the brink of a constitutional crisis that the Supreme Court would probably have to adjudicate.
