President Donald Trump holds a commanding lead over Democrat Joe Biden among West Virginia voters.
The results from a WMOV Radio poll, conducted by Triton Polling and Research:
- 56% of voters support Trump, while 38% support Biden.
- 4.8% said they are undecided on who they will vote for in the Nov. 3 election.
- West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice, who famously switched from being a Democrat to a Republican while in office three years ago, has 48% support in his bid for reelection, compared to Democrat Ben Salango's 37% support. Two third-party candidates have around 4% support each.
The results are similar to a recent Axios/SurveyMonkey survey, which found that Trump has a 62% to 36% lead in West Virginia.
