Rep. Allen West, R-Fla., has brought in $1.9 million in third-quarter fundraising, bringing his total for his 2012 re-election bid to $4.1 million and leaving his Democratic rivals in the dust.
The $1.9 million raised between July 1 and Sept. 30 came from more than 42,000 individual donors, reported
The Palm Beach Post in West Palm Beach, Fla.
Democratic challengers Lois Frankel brought in $415,000, and Patrick Murphy, $313,000, according to the Post.
West raised $6.4 million for his 2010 campaign.
