Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., pushed back against President Donald Trump's attempt to work with Russian President Vladimir Putin on cybersecurity, tweeting it would be as reprehensible as working with Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad on chemical weapons.

Rubio's tweetstorm came in response to President Trump's Sunday morning tweets on the G-20 and denials of Russia as the perpetrator of election meddling and hacks of the DNC.

Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., also added to Sunday's Twitter chorus of criticism of Trump's tweets, support for Putin, and denials of Russian meddling.
