Sixty-two percent of voters believe President Donald Trump’s use of Twitter is a “bad thing,” a new Politico/Morning Consult poll reveals.

Twenty percent of those polled say the president’s Twitter use is a “good thing,” while 18 percent had no opinion.

Here is how the survey breaks down:

  • 72 percent say Trump uses Twitter too much; 13 percent believe he uses it about the right amount and 2 percent say not enough
  • 43 percent approve of the job Trump is doing as president, while 52 percent disapprove
  • 46 percent say Trump should meet with Kim Jong Un regardless of whether North Korea makes concessions on its nuclear weapons program beforehand, compared to 35 percent who say the regime needs to make concessions prior to any meeting
  • 42 percent of voters would cast ballots for the Democratic candidate for Congress in their district if the elections were held today, compared to 37 percent who would back the Republican candidate

The survey, conducted May 23-29, polled 1,995 registered voters. It has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points.
