Trump Tweets Purpose of Trip: 'Strongly Protecting American Interests'

President Donald Trump on Friday said he's looking forward to embarking on his first foreign trip, during which his goal "strongly protecting American interests."

Trump leaves Friday for a nine-day trip that begins in Saudi Arabia and will end in Italy for the G7 summit. In between are stops in Israel, Vatican City and Belgium.
