President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Friday to point out the importance of the steel industry to the U.S.

Trump said Thursday he intended to place a 25 percent tariffs on steel imports and 10 percent on aluminum. The talk of tariffs takes place amid talks over renewing the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
