President Donald Trump once again called the probe into any possible ties between his campaign and Russia "a witch hunt" and warned that the courts will see unrevealed "conflicts of interest" involving Democrats on special counsel Robert Mueller's team.
His comments came in a pair of tweets on Monday morning.
The Hill noted a federal judge last week pushed against Mueller's handling of the case against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.
"You really care about getting information Mr. Manafort can give you that would reflect on Mr. Trump and lead to his prosecution or impeachment," U.S District Court Judge R.S. Ellis III reportedly said."
"That's what you're really interested in."
Meanwhile, Trump had previously slammed the "13 hardened Democrats" on Mueller's team, saying they included "some big Crooked Hillary (Clinton) supporters," according to The Washington Post.
