President Donald Trump will headline a fundraiser at his Florida resort next month marking the first anniversary of his inauguration after missing last month's celebration because of the federal shutdown.
The March 3 event will be held at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in West Palm Beach, according to an invitation posted on Twitter by FloridaPolitics.com:
Those contributing $2,700 may attend a reception, while those raising $25,000 receive two seats for a dinner with Trump — and those bringing in $50,000 get two dinner tickets and a photo with President Trump.
According to The Palm Beach Post, the event occurs during the Republican National Committee's annual spring retreat in the city.
Trump spoke to donors last year at a nearby Four Seasons Resort, according to the Post.
The RNC and Trump's re-election committee are hosting this year's fundraiser.
President Trump remained in Washington during the two-day federal shutdown last month, missing the celebration that had been planned for his first inaugural anniversary.
Eric Trump, the president's son, his wife, Lara Trump, and RNC chair Ronna McDaniel headed the event.
The celebration raised nearly $5 million for the committee and Trump's re-election campaign, The Hill reports.
