President Donald Trump on Wednesday took to Twitter to talk about plans for the border wall between the U.S. and Mexico, saying that California would not get sections that it wants until the entire wall project is approved.

Trump referred to a ruling by U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who sided with the president Tuesday.

Curiel rejected arguments by the state of California and advocacy groups that the administration overreached in waiving laws that required reviews before any wall construction could start.
