Trump Wins Battleground North Carolina

Donald Trump has secured a victory Tuesday in the first battleground state projection, with Newsmax calling North Carolina for the Republican presidential nominee.

Trump, who also won the state in 2016 and 2020, gets the state’s 16 electoral votes.

Trump, projected to win the state by 1.2%, according to the latest RealClearPolitics polling average, was leading Harris by 3.3% with 58% reporting.
