RNC's Ronna McDaniel: Sad Dems Won't Support Trump's NKorea Efforts

Ronna McDaniel tossed a jab at Democrats Friday afternoon for not supporting President Donald Trump's efforts with North Korea.

A short time after Trump met with North Korean envoy Kim Yong Chol in the Oval Office and emerged by saying the June 12 nuclear summit with the reclusive nation is back on,  McDaniel — who chairs the Republican National Committee — said "it's sad to see Democrats entrenched so far in partisanship that they're not even rooting for the president" in a Twitter post.

Democrats and other Trump critics jumped on the president for postponing his peace summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un last week. That meeting, which will take place in Singapore over one or two days, will now occur as originally scheduled.
