Vermont independent Sen. Bernie Sanders is more than thirty-points ahead of his Republican challenger, Lawrence Zupan, in the latest poll from Gravis Marketing.
The former presidential nominee won 66 percent of the vote in the poll released Friday, more than twice the amount won by Zupan, at 30 percent, with only 4 percent undecided.
Sanders has nearly universal support among Democrats, the party he caucuses with, at 89 percent, strong support among his fellow independents at 70 percent, and some support in the GOP at 12 percent. Zupan won 84 percent of Republicans, but only 6 percent of Democrats and 24 percent of independents.
Gravis polled 885 likely voters in Vermont from Oct. 30-Nov. 1, with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.3 percentage points.
