Sen. Dean Heller, R-Nev., is in danger of losing his seat to Democratic challenger Jacky Rosen, who came out ahead in the latest poll from Emerson College.

In a poll of over 1,000 people, 49 percent said they would vote for Rosen if the election were held on that day, while 45 percent backed Heller, with four percent undecided.

The survey also found that Democratic candidates lead in Nevada’s 1st, 3rd and 4th Congressional Districts, while the GOP candidate leads only in Nevada’s 2nd district. Democratic gubernatorial candidate Steve Sisolak is only one-point ahead of Republican Adam Laxalt, with two percent undecided.

Emerson polled 1,197 voters in Nevada for the Senate poll from Nov. 1-4, with a margin of error of +/- 3 percentage points.
