Amid rumors of being interested in being named the next U.S. attorney general or perhaps being a candidate for the Supreme Court opening, Judge Jeanine Pirro expressed her support Sunday for whomever President Donald Trump nominates.
"As the president will have his imprimatur on the Supreme Court, he'll have his ability to mold it to what he believes is important to make America great again," Pirro told "The Cats Roundtable" on 970 AM-N.Y. "Neil Gorsuch has been a great appointee to the Supreme Court. And his next candidate and appointee will be fantastic as well."
Donald Trump Jr., the president's eldest son, had tweeted Pirro as a Supreme Court nominee "would be pretty awesome."
Pirro did not comment on that possibility to host John Catsimatidis, something that seems like a longshot considering her partisan lead, and her upcoming release of her book "Liars, Leakers, and Liberals: The Case Against the Anti-Trump Conspiracy."
"In the Obama administration, we had some very dark forces who are willing to sabotage our country and everything that we stand for by an arrogant and condescending group of left-wing, leftist liberals who felt that they knew better than the American people," Pirro told Catsimatidis.
"We were going to hell in a hand basket . . . We had a group of Bozos, including Barack Obama, who . . . went to a national prayer breakfast telling Christians to get off their high horse . . . All of a sudden, law and order and the concept of truth and justice was something that was considered a negative."
