An anti-Trump group has launched more than 100 billboards in too-close-to-call Pennsylvania with a message for officials ''to count every vote.''

The group, Republicans for the Rule of Law, describes itself ''as a group of life-long Republicans dedicated to defending the institutions of our republic and upholding the rule of law.''

In a video advertisement posted to Twitter, the group says: ''America is founded on the idea that each and every citizen gets a say in their government. Generations of Americans have fought and died for this right. That’s why we count every vote, even if takes time. We make sure that the voters are heard. This is the idea that makes America America. Count every vote.''

The billboards, which feature an image of an American flag with the phrase, ''count every vote,'' have been dispatched in Center City Philly, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Harrisburg, Reading, Scranton, York and Erie.

''This stands to serve as an important reminder at a time when Pennsylvania's vote may be the key to deciding the presidential race, and the count has been slowed by an unprecedented amount of mail-in ballots and the president's calling for a stop to the count,'' the organization said in a Wednesday statement.

Counting is delayed in Pennsylvania because of a surge in mail-in ballots – the state received nearly 2.6 million mail-in ballots, 10 times the number of absentee ballots it receives in a normal election.

Trump’s campaign filed lawsuits Wednesday in Pennsylvania demanding better access for campaign observers to locations where ballots are being processed and counted, and absentee ballot concerns.
