Donald Trump will announce his vice presidential pick soon, campaign manager Paul Manafort said Friday, after postponing the announcement due to the terror attack in Nice, France.

Manafort denied claims that Trump was having second thoughts about his choice, telling Fox News' "Fox & Friends" program, "Well, until he announces it he hasn't. Whether he wants to announce or hasn't made up his mind, I guess, are two different questions,"

Manafort also addressed the defeat of the movement to unbind delegates and allow them to vote for whomever they wanted at the convention, saying the movement was not sizeable, but a group of "rogue malcontent delegates."

The Rules committee defeated the measure to unbind the delegates by a vote of 87-12. "We crushed them," Manafort said.

A second vote to allow delegates to vote for whom they wanted got so few votes they didn't want the total to be recorded, he added.

Hillary Clinton's record and status as "the epitome of establishment" will be Trump's focus, Manafort said, and Clinton's complaints are about "her America," under the current administration. "She can't be the change agent this year."

Trump took to Twitter Friday to announce Indiana Gov. Mike Pence as his running mate:
