Fox Polls: Trump and Cruz Leading in NH and Iowa

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is holding his lead over presidential rival Donald Trump in the GOP nomination race in Iowa – but the real estate billionaire has a commanding double-digit lead in New Hampshire in its GOP primary contest, new Fox New polls show.

Here's the breakdown in Iowa, where the survey has a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points:

• Cruz: 27 percent
• Trump: 23 percent
• Sen. Marco Rubio: 15 percent
• Retired pediatric neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson: 9 percent
• Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush: 7 percent
• Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul: 5 percent
• New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie: 4 percent
• Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee: 2 percent
• Former business executive Carly Fiorina, Ohio Gov. John Kasich and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum: 1 percent each

And here's the results from New Hampshire, which has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points:

• Trump: 33 percent
• Rubio: 15 percent
• Cruz: 12 percent
• Bush: 9 percent
• Kasich: 7 percent
• Christie: 5 percent
• Paul: 5 percent
• Carson: 4 percent
• Fiorina: 3 percent

Both polls were released Friday night. The Iowa caucuses will be held February. 1; New Hampshire's primary is set for February. 9.
